BEARWOOD RUN

A friendly walk, jog and run around the Bearwood area for beginners who want to get back into fitness. This will include mobilisation, stretching, hills and body weight exercises. This will last around 45 mins.

This is unsuitable for people with ankle, knee, hip or back problems or are pregnant. If you have given birth within the last 6 months, call me for a chat.
