ONE TO ONE PERSONAL TRAINING - HOME/OUTDOOR

Personal Training sessions in your home and/or outside could involve a variety of activities based on your needs. You may very well have no experience of exercising, but want to at least make a start to improve your health, strength and fitness and maybe work on losing some weight.

You may very well feel extremely low on confidence and may not have the courage to step inside a gym or not really know what you are doing or where to start.

Alternatively, you may have some experience of exercise, but you may need a bit of a push and direction.

Either way, these sessions would be tailored to suit you.

Activities could include taking a walk, jog or run round your local neighbourhood, utilising body weight training exercises e.g. squats or press ups or resistance bands, stairs, park benches and anything in our environment to train our bodies.

SINGLE SESSION - £30.00

PACKAGE 1

  • 6 x £25.00 (60 minute sessions)= £150.00

  • £5.00 reduction per session = £30.00 saving

PACKAGE 2

  • 10 x £22.50 (60 minute sessions)= £225.00

  • £7.50 reduction per session = £75.00 saving

PACKAGE 3

  • 12 x £20.00 (60 minute sessions)= £240.00

  • £10.00 reduction per session = £120.00 saving

WHAT IS INCLUDED IN A TRAINING PACKAGE?

Biometric tests.

  • Body measurements with measuring tape.

  • Peak Flow Test (on hold due to Covid)

 

Nutritional and Lifestyle Assessment

 

Average weekly eating patterns (from food diary)

Daily routine (from the lifestyle questionnaires)
