ONE TO ONE PERSONAL TRAINING - BANNATYNE'S HEALTH CLUB AND SPA

One to one personal training sessions involve Stephen guiding you through a series of exercises with a focus on quality.

Cardiovascular exercise will involve running, rowing, cycling and cross training on machines and squats, squats thrusts, 'hill climbers', burpees (squat thrust with star jump), spot jogging, box jumps, kettlebell swings, medicine ball pushouts, clean and press and other exercises. All of these may mean nothing to you but but you will be trained up in what they are and will be used to bring overall fitness. These can be used at home to support you between one to one sessions. You are provided with a series of recommended exercises for your use until your next one to one.

WHAT IS INCLUDED IN A TRAINING PACKAGE?

FREE 60 minute non-exercise assessment session for

goal setting, weighing and measuring and will include;

Biometric tests.

  • Body measurements with measuring tape.

  • Peak Flow Test - *until COVID allows, this measurement will not take place.*

Nutritional and Lifestyle Assessment

Average weekly eating patterns (from food diary)

Daily routine (from the lifestyle questionnaires)
